a) Payments are to be made within 3 days after notice emails are sent out.

EXCHENGE/RETURN

- Please understand that all sales are FINAL.

- We will not accept Exchange unless the paid item has major defect eg. Hole on item.

- We will make Refund only if paid item is out of stock.

1. Fill in the order form below and click send, it will be sent to our Email directly.----------------------------------- OrderForm
2. Wait for the notice email(We will try to reply within 1 day)
3. Make Payments within 3 days after notice emails are sent out. Details of payment & postage, please refer to shipping & payment.
4. After payment has been made, please reply to the notice email that has been sent out to you. If no indication is being made, your order(s) will be canceled. Order will only be confirmed and processed AFTER payment have been received.
   

a) IN-STOCK ITEMS

• - We will sent out the orders once your payment is confirmed and received
• - It may take approximately 3-7 working days to arrive at your delivery address.
  

b) PRE-ORDER ITEMS / SPREE ITEMS

• - Shipping will take approximately 1 - 3 weeks after fullpayment made, depending on stock validity & arrival of the shipment.
